pr\u00e9sent,\u00a0<\/li><li>Avoir l\u2019impression que la t\u00eate ne s\u2019arr\u00eate jamais (m\u00eame pas la nuit).\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Comme un ordinateur qui continue de faire tourner des programmes en arri\u00e8re-plan, m\u00eame quand tu essaies de te poser.\u00a0<\/p><p>Tu manges, mais ton esprit est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train d\u2019organiser la suite de la journ\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p><p>Tu regardes la t\u00e9l\u00e9, mais tu penses aux t\u00e2ches m\u00e9nag\u00e8res.\u00a0<\/p><p>Tu prends une pause express\u2026 en culpabilisant, pendant que ton cerveau coche des cases invisibles.\u00a0<\/p><p>R\u00e9sultat : <strong><span style=\"color: #7654bf;\">toute l\u2019\u00e9nergie est mobilis\u00e9e dans la t\u00eate<\/span><\/strong>\u2026 et il n\u2019en reste plus beaucoup pour le corps.\u00a0<\/p><p>On avance, on g\u00e8re, on fait ce qu\u2019il faut.\u00a0<\/p><p>Mais souvent en <strong><span style=\"color: #7654bf;\">mode automatique<\/span><\/strong>, avec cette sensation \u00e9trange d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9connect\u00e9.e, d\u2019\u00eatre un peu \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ses pompes, voire de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de sa vie, parce qu\u2019on pense toujours \u00e0 #7654bf;\">Difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019endormir<\/span> <\/strong>avec parfois des r\u00e9veils nocturnes\u00a0<\/li><li>Sensation de corps tendu, rarement vraiment
